The METRO Gold Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) connects people to the eastern Twin Cities metro area through the use of fast, frequent service in bus-only lanes. The BRT provides all-day service in both directions, seven days a week, to the cities of Saint Paul, Maplewood, Landfall, Oakdale and Woodbury. There are three stations in Woodbury -- Tamarack, Queens and Woodlane. The final stop on the Gold Line is Union Depot in Saint Paul where a network of transportation options service the entire Twin Cities metropolitan area

Woodbury to MSP Airport and Mall of America 

Starting Dec. 6, 2025, Metro Transit will provide daily bus service from Woodbury to Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP) Airport and Mall of America via Route 345. Buses will run every hour and service will be available between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week.

Metro micro is a rideshare service being offered in parts of Woodbury that uses ADA-accessible minibuses. Simply download the Metro micro on your smartphone and set up an account or call 651-602-1170 to book a ride. Your Metro micro ride must start and end in the same service area.
